Spelt Flour Waffles
- 6 eggs
- 160g sugar
- 2 pck. vanilla sugar
- 200ml rapeseed oil
- 500g Heimatsmühle Type 630 Spelt Flour
- 500ml milk
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- powdered sugar to decorate
Beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and rapeseed oil in a mixer until fluffy.
Add Heimatsmühle flour, baking powder, and milk and mix to form a dough.
Pour the batter into the waffle iron in portions.
Let the golden brown baked waffles cool down briefly on a rack and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Our tip: Also tastes delicious with apple compote or vanilla ice cream.
