Double grip, easily pourable Wheat Dunst with a nutty taste. Excellent for:

Here you will find our traditional spaetzle recipe.

Its character: Its grain is between flour and semolina.

Its advantage: With this flour, the dough becomes firmer and absorbs water much better.

Its special features: It makes spaetzle golden yellow. It is also ideal for making other pasta doughs.

Our tip: Don't let the dough sit for too long!
