Ingredients for 24 cookies
- 75g butter
- 150g brown sugar
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla sugar
- 150g Heimatsmühle Type 405 Wheat Flour
- 150g Heimatsmühle Type 630 Spelt Flour
- 100g chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 50g nuts, coarsely chopped
Mix the butter and sugar well, then add the egg and continue beating.
Mix half a teaspoon of salt, baking soda, and flour and stir into the butter mixture as well.
Then work in the roughly chopped chocolate and nuts.
Using 2 teaspoons, place small heaps of the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake the cookies at 175°C for about 7-8 minutes.
