You are what you eat

We have been farming our land for six generations, thereby preserving our heritage and tradition for generations to come. We don’t only feed our families with this principle in mind, but also our animals. We believe that species-appropriate husbandry and high-quality fodder are necessary for producing premium meat and sausage products. Short transport distances and calm handling of the animals during the slaughter process are very important as well. The stress they are bound to experience should be kept as low as possible.

Marketing our meat products

When an animal dies for us, then we want to make sure that everything gets processed – from head to tail. The same is true of our packages – they contain everything, from flash-fried meat to roasts, boiled meat and minced meat. We primarily carry 5-kg, 7-kg and 10-kg packages. Our meat is divided up into small portions, vacuum-sealed and labelled.

Smaller portions are of course also available – our shelves are always fully stocked for you on pick-up day.

Grass-fed beef: 18 to 24 months

• strong, intense meaty flavour, deep dark red

Veal: 12 to 15 months

• mild, tender meaty flavour, intense pink colour

Heimatsmühle country pork: 6 to 10 months

• attractive marbling, slowly grown
