Our flours

Organic flour and conventional flour from the Heimatmühle is ground in our mill in southern Germany according to the highest quality standards. Due to the gentle processing, the valuable ingredients are preserved. It can be used for baking but also cooking.

Our organic flours

Certified organic farmers grow the grain used in our organic flour. The cultivation and processing of crops are governed by the fundamental EU-Eco-regulation (EEC) No. 834/2007. Independent monitoring institutes regularly conduct inspections to ensure compliance. Eco-monitoring institution: DE-ÖKO-006.

Our conventional flours

As a regionally anchored mill, we traditionally rely on local raw materials. That is why the grain used for our conventional flour originates mainly from Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria.
