Edible Spelt

Our Edible Spelt is very versatile. Spelt is a popular type of grain for use in baking and has extremely good baking properties. Therefore, spelt is an excellent grain and ideal for baking bread and rolls. When cooked, spelt can be used as a nutrient-rich addition to dishes or as the basis for stews.

We offer both a conventional version and an organic version (Naturland, Bioland, EU organic flour).

Wheat grains are very good:

  • For making wholegrain flour

  • For overnight porridge or cooked spelt
